I used this case for about a week to try it out. This was the first time I tried a wallet/phone case. The quality is excellent. But in my opinion whoever designed the case completely overlooked the buttons. They fit so snugly in the body of the suitcase that I've always struggled to get them to work let alone find them. However, the side grips were amazing and it held well and snugly in my palm. I thought I could overcome the lack of clarity on the keys, but my frustration was too great. Especially with a phone case. So for me I had to send it back. Maybe softer and more sensitive hands could overcome this, but as a man, the design of these buttons made my hands feel too tight I think. Good luck if you try this.
