Fantastic addition to kitchen utensils and gadgets
The product works fine! It's not "instant" as defined, but it only takes about two seconds to determine the internal temperature of the meat, which is pretty close. It's a bit big but I can't complain too much for the price. Please note that there is a protective film on the screen that you may not notice.
