Professional sharpening steel

A good sharpening steel is an indispensable tool in every kitchen. You need at least 10 inches for safe sharpening to avoid hitting the countertop or your hands. The Cutluxe honing steel is well designed with a ribbed edge that grips your blade. 3-4 passes on both sides are enough to bring the blade back to sharpness. I have sold knives and utensils in the past and can attest that they are as good as any professional grade steel.
