Was Leary, but very impressed
I used to have a 27ton gas splitter, we moved from out in the country to a place where I wouldn't be doing near as much wood processing, so I sold it. I still needed a small splitter. I waited to review this until I worked up several trees. I have split 5 mature trees, the largest being a 22" white oak. I was impressed. It even split some knotty pieces that my fiskars x27 bounced off of. There were only a couple pieces that it would not split. Very quiet, I can listen to music while it is running.
