Many bags on a similar stand only have four Velcro straps, two on the front and one on each side -- and often the side straps come along up the top of the bag and then fall down requiring the bag to be squeezed to tighten. THIS has eight individual straps and the Velcro goes all the way to the rack so the bottom of the bag fits snugly against the rack but the rest of the bag is "full" and accessible. Feel free to carry my heavy extra e-bike battery in this bag. Full length top opening (another bag I tried had the top opening much shorter than the length of the bag).
