I have been using this activated carbon filter for many years. I have a GE SmartWater GXWH20F filtration system that requires a 9x5x2 inch filter. This is the size that has been listed in the product information in the technical details for many years. However, the product dimensions in the item header are now listed as 10 x 5 x 2.5. This filter is now an inch longer! Terrible! I couldn't figure out why it warped in the canister, I changed it every few weeks, stupid of me. I just kept buying them! It's been like this for 6 months now! I have black spots on my teeth from drinking and brushing. I thought it was because I bought cheaper coffee instead of my regular caribou. No, no coffee! water filter! Shame on you GG! I need to send you a bill for brushing your teeth! OMG horror! DO NOT BUY!
