These toilet seat covers wear and work well enough to deserve a 4 star rating. In my opinion there are several issues preventing you from getting a higher rating. In the plus column, they cover the entire seat and seem to create an effective barrier against everything. Another good thing is that the user doesn't have to worry about the lids clogging the drain - the paper almost liquefies when water comes in contact with it, making it seem like it can't stop the process. Covers are not compatible. Many of them have different cuts, additional folds and creases. When this happens, most defective caps can still be used if corrected. However, rather than messing around with them, it's quicker to just throw away the bad one and get another one. It means waste that nobody likes to pay for.
