It works great, it has a stain that is not touched by cleaning, I recommend it.

Don't overfill. The tank is small, 2 of 150ml distilled water is just enough. Clean it. The best part is that I cleaned it, cleaning didn't help, I used this steamer and the stain was gone. This is not a vacuum, it will melt the grease or oil in the stain and allow a rag or vacuum to remove it. I couldn't be happier. lee
