Help Desk Management System - Customizable Features

I like that it is very easy to use and navigate. It's also pretty intuitive which makes training employees easier. The software has a good amount of customization options, so you can do almost anything within it. I dislike that sometimes it takes a while for the software to load after clicking something. Sometimes I have to refresh the page multiple times before it will actually load. I would recommend this product if you are looking for a help desk management system that allows for customization. We are solving several issues with our help desk. This helps us keep track of all tickets as well as provide different levels of support.
