What I like best about these mounts is that they hide just below the rear view mirror and are barely visible when installed correctly. Another great thing is that they just don't move more than a mirror. solid rock. The guy who said his radar detector fell off must have installed the mount incorrectly. The mount just won't come loose when properly tightened in all places, and the radar itself has more than enough tension (when the tab is all the way in the radar) that I really don't think it could fall off. again if installed correctly.
