Works great in kitchenware and gadgets
This cordless digital meat thermometer worked great for me this weekend. I bought my first smoker and smoked my first pork loin. I placed the probe and each side of the pork loin. I could tell when the temperature in the pork loin reached 165ยฐC. I turned off the heat and let it cook on the cutting board for about 5 more minutes before slicing. It was complete and perfectly cooked. I can't wait to cook smoked turkey this Christmas which is 12 days away. Merry Christmas to me! This was a great Christmas present for myself and I would highly recommend this cordless thermometer as it works brilliantly.
