Review on ๐Ÿฅพ Columbia Men's Redmond Mid Waterproof Hiking Shoe: Reliable Footwear for Outdoor Adventures by Jose Schweigert

The perfect bad weather shoe

I was looking for a waterproof cool weather hiking shoe that could be used for light hikes in the woods. They are perfect and have become my go-to shoe for bad weather any time of the year. Whenever the weather is bad and I need traction and protection and don't want my feet to get wet I walk in these shoes. They're lightweight, water-resistant to the ankle (extensively tested) and easy to slip on every time without lacing and knotting (I use a shoehorn to make things easier). Great price too as I've looked at more expensive versions from other brands that didn't fit either. My foot 8.5 and 8.5 fit perfectly. They are a bit stiff and make my feet feel well protected. I'm currently looking for a high top version for use in deeper snow. I had a Columbia winter jacket in the '90s that failed miserably in the middle of a snowboard trip, and I personally banned the company for life until I tried the shoe.
