I was very happy to decorate with Christmas lights. I was very disappointed when I opened the box for inspection and testing. 9 hooks were missing. I had to troubleshoot because some of the lights weren't working properly. loose contact. I understand that you get what you buy and expect it to work right away with no issues. I would like to rate it higher but if I need to fix it to make it work. I think that's unacceptable. If the packing list is in the box and I find the item is missing, I don't expect that. I'd like to see how it works before I decide to take the next step. I am really sorry but I already have items that I need to return as there are not enough parts to complete the order. I have to test this product to give a full review. More to come after I've seen it in its entirety. View more details after fixing the backlight and placing it for display. The backlight turned out great. However, I'm hoping it weathers the storm and lasts into the final week of Christmas. I'm still rating it 4 stars due to missing parts and loose cables. There is no time for an exchange or return, I am satisfied with the lamps.
