I like that it provides me with an email reminder about my appointment, as well as reminding others to reschedule their meetings if they can't attend at the original time due to another meeting or event taking place in our office space. Sometimes there is no notification sent out via SMS. A little glitchy but overall not too bad! We are solving all communication issues regarding clients who have scheduled business travel within 24-48hrs by being able to send them reminders through this service (as opposed to emails). It's also helpful because we do not need to wait until after 8am before starting work each day since these notifications will be set up accordingly from 9pm onwards. This means less interruptions during the night while sleeping so more productive times throughout the week. The main benefit would be having a way to keep track of client requests without needing to go into contact every single morning just to check what has been requested.
