The best thing about buchy box for me personally has been their customer service team which can be contacted at any time throughout business hours (even in your pajamas!).

I have had many issues over my years using this program but all were sorted out extremely quickly by an email to them or through chat via screen share! It saves you so much money as well because there are no more delivery costs if items aren’t delivered within certain timescales etc - saving loads!! Also great when working from home/home office- they deliver straight into fridge ready to eat foods without having to prepare myself first. Sometimes things get lost between orders being sent off due to incorrect addresses however once again these problems tend not occur too often now thanks to live tracking & notifications given before ordering process begins.- Great price point compared other companies such as Amazon Prime who charge £2 per order plus postage fees vs just $1-$3 here depending what item purchased.
