My son bought this suitcase and immediately regretted it as soon as he unpacked it. It took over 30 minutes to remove the panel! That's all it takes to finish this review. You don't have to pull as hard as possible to remove the computer cover. You don't need to take out a screwdriver to open it. This review is based entirely on that unfortunate case bug.
