I had high hopes for this product. The only instructions aren't in English, so I'm not sure I used them correctly. However, I have used it as per the image steps to the best of my knowledge. I've only used it on a wiper blade and now it looks like a saw blade. There are 2 slots on the tool and I can see the blades are on 2 different levels in the tool. This allows you to remove material from the wiper blades twice as long as you don't damage the wiper blade the first time. I'm not sure what the sponge is for or how it's supposed to be lubricated (water or some kind of oil). I used water if that helps anyone and my wiper is useless now.
