Bought for my Black and Decker Portable Vacuum Cleaner

I accidentally threw away my filter for my new Black and Decker Lithium Portable Vacuum Cleaner so I bought it online. They're easy to install and clean, but I've found that this turns my vacuum off after a few seconds. I think because it's too tight. I'm not totally sure. But when I take out the filter, the vacuum cleaner works fine. I'll adjust the filter to see if there's a difference.
