This is a nice little piece of Christmas decoration. Mine came with a star and a few extra "bulbs" (although I'm not sure why since the bulbs don't come out?) What I liked about it (and not the others I considered) is that it isn't powered by the battery and the lights are not wired which can fail. There is only a small lightbulb with a clip, which you can theoretically replace if necessary. I'm sure even the entire light switch mechanism can be replaced years later when it no longer works because it completely detaches from the tree. For those for whom this is not bright enough, they make lamps with such an LED base, which can be purchased separately. I already have an LED night light and it is much whiter and brighter for colored lights. I tried a large "candelabra bulb" with a small base, but unfortunately I couldn't get the bulb through the hole in the base. I wish the hole was a little bigger so I can use this type of bulb as I have a lot of different wattages. There are no pads on the bottom, so I'm planning to buy small felt pads for it. one star because my tree came with a decent chip in the paint. There doesn't seem to have been any shipping damage as it was well packaged and I couldn't find the missing chip. I can try to paint it over or just unscrew it from this side. I contacted Revain support and let them know and they helped me a bit when I told them I really didn't want to change it. were not well distributed or varied. but still beautiful, especially with the LED bulb.
