Firstly I'm writing this review 1 week after treating my two cats which is why I'm also giving it 4 stars. So far it has worked great for my older cat. The fleas stay away and anyone who can bite him dies within an hour of it. My other younger cat does the same, except like the other reviewers she has a reaction to this that causes her hair to fall out around the collar and scratch it almost 24/7. Great collar but not for all cats. I am only transferring my younger cat to Frontline due to a reaction to the collar. I'm not 100% sure if it's the collar or if she hates it there. It's not the angry red of the other photos I've seen. The area is sensitive, but this is probably due to prolonged scratching of the area. But other than that it works for both cats so far.
