I bought this in Feb 2019. Don't you love it when someone posts a review about something they just got and didn't have time to go through? I've had it for two years now, and while I like the overall look and feel, there are two flaws that make it a failure in my opinion. The first is the handle at the top of the lid. It is recessed and too short to get a good grip. It gets even more annoying when it gets even a little bit greasy, like a grease storage tank. I can't count the number of times the lid has slipped or almost slipped out of my hand. I was lucky (or not) that the lid didn't shatter when dropped. Another problem is the filter screen (see photo). While it does a good filtering job, any glue the manufacturer uses is short-lived. The screen is now detached from the frame. I could fix it but given the problem with the lid I'll just replace it with another brand.
