I guess it's a matter of dice whether you get one of these that works or not. Unfortunately I made a mistake. I bought mine in November 2020 to hook up a pet hair handheld vacuum to my car. I have not used it until today, April 9, 2021. It DOES NOT WORK in my 2019 Honda Civic. I'm quite disappointed because the size is so neat and compact. I really wanted it to work. I'm usually willing to jump straight into one-star reviews for the worst-case scenario, assuming that's going to happen to me. Apparently I didn't manage to get around this. But I'm glad it didn't affect my car in any way as far as I can tell. I hope my review helps someone else and saves them a few bucks.
