This item solved my low power problem. After replacing my throttle body and re-grounding the ground wire that is attached to the top of the engine next to the firewall. I think it was the pedal all along. I still have a poor performance every now and then, but so far I'm doing great. I've towed my Mustang over 375 miles to New Jersey and back with no problems. So I think that's what to fix. By the way, the black cable comes out, you need to lubricate it a little and just pull it out. it will come out, but be careful when deleting it. You really don't want to damage this cable.
