In a garden, you can plant seeds of optimism, give them tender care, and watch them grow into lovely things. But that is not at all how I have found JANSAMN. Rather, it has been like attempting to cultivate a garden on an uneven desert. Their website makes a lot of claims, however the truth is quite different. They have a small assortment and poor-quality goods for sale. It's comparable to attempting to create a garden using a few withered flowers and a watering can that has a hole in it. They provide poor quality tools, and their 'gardening specialists' are of little assistance. Like waiting for rain in the midst of a drought, shipping is unreliable and takes a long time. And to make matters worse, their customer assistance is unhelpful and callous. They act like a weed that is obstinate and won't budge from the ground. Overall, working with JANSAMN has been like attempting to cultivate a garden in a desolate desert. I wouldn't advise anyone who wants a flourishing garden to visit this store. I advise you to explore elsewhere for greener grounds.
