I like how easy it was for me as an admin user to get familiarized with its features in less than 30 minutes of using the software. The best feature about this platform is that you can share files easily without worrying if your recipient will be able to read them because all they need are just standard email addresses. In some cases, there might not even have been any attachments which makes it difficult when sending important documents. It's also kind of hard to keep track on who has viewed what document especially during meetings where multiple people attend at once. We've used most cloud video conferencing platforms before but we were never satisfied until now since everything seems perfect.
