Poor Customer Service from GoMi Leaves a Sour Taste

My interactions with GoMi have been utterly unsatisfactory. Their subpar customer service has made me feel uneasy, despite the allure of their goods. First off, they have inexcusably long delivery and handling times. It was extremely frustrating for me to have to wait weeks for my order to appear. I discovered that the item I received was not what I had ordered when it eventually did come. My attempts to resolve the issue by contacting their customer service department were met with total lack of professionalism and accountability. They took several days to reply to my emails, and when they did, they were evasive and unhelpful in their answers. And to make things worse, the replacement item I eventually received was of subpar quality. The resistance bands I bought broke after only a few uses, and the yoga cushion I ordered was thin and flimsy. Overall, I wouldn't advise anyone searching for sports and fitness gear to purchase from GoMi. Their subpar products and bad customer care are simply not worth the trouble. Save yourself the aggravation and spend more money on more dependable, higher-quality tools and accessories.
