Review on 📷 Nikon AF NIKKOR 1923 35mm f/2D Lens for Nikon DSLR Cameras, Black - Auto Focus by Michael Persing

This is my first D-series lens but it won't be my last. My other primes are G with internal focus, instant manual controls, and bigger/heavier. There's something organic about this lens and how it feels on my D810. It reminds me of a movie with my first DSLR. The external focus sound is soothing in a way that new lenses can't be. It's also pretty sharp at anything below 2.8. This will definitely make my 50mm 1.4G spend more time in a spare bag to keep at home.
