First of all this is a great scanner for the price. However, I was working on a customer's car and couldn't find a PID for long-term fuel adjustment. I figured I'd take care of that later and went to my backup scanner (Autel 802). In fact, the long-term fuel adjustment showed up and I completed the diagnostics and completed the repair. When I got home, I opened a case at LaunchTech. I was told that the serial number is NOT for a US product and is not supported by LaunchTechUSA. I have sent several messages to the seller to find out how to get support or warranty service for my scanner. You have not yet replied to two separate messages here on the Revain portal. I am returning the scanner for a refund. I have ordered a replacement Autel 906BT. Buyer Warning. When that block breaks or you need support, you are all alone. You'll notice that LaunchTechUSA doesn't even list this device. I would recommend the block itself. It's pretty capable. But I would buy it from a LaunchtechUSA authorized supplier. Nobody has enough money to buy a cheaper unsupported scanner.
