I like that it has an integrated payroll system with all of our other systems, which makes life easier for us as we are able to see everything in one place without having to log into multiple sites or programs. The interface can be overwhelming at first but you get used to how things work quickly once you start using them! It's definitely worth looking into if your business needs include both human resources AND accounting/payroll solutions - they're two different animals so this helps make sure that there isn't overlap between those departments. We've been very happy with what fusionhr offers thus far; however, since their product was purchased by Workday (now Oracle), certain features have become unavailable such as time off request approvals. The integration with Paychex allows me to easily enter employee hours worked directly from paychecks.
