Great quality - better than OEM. I would give 5 stars if instructions were included. I don't need instructions for installation, it's pretty obvious. There is a set screw that goes on the stem. However, deleting the old one is not obvious. As this is being sold for a specific vehicle line this information could be included. I've searched and searched the OEM for a set screw but there isn't one. Basically, you have to bite off the plastic with a tool until it breaks, and then installing a new one is a breeze.
