Review on 🏎️ K&N Cold Air Intake Kit: Boost Horsepower, 50-State Legal: Fits 1991-1999 MITSUBISHI/DODGE (3000GT, Stealth)57-1500-1 by Reid Rickerson

I LOVE this product! K&N builds it for the Mitsubishi GT3000 but I buy it for the Mitsubishi Montero Sport. Everything bolts directly to the MAF and all you have to do is fabricate a simple new bracket. I bought my first FIPK in 2000. I'm still using it after about 500,000 miles (and counting). I changed the filter twice because after so many kilometers it is very worn. K&N is not to blame. I just have to take better care of it. :) The only problem I've ever had with this product is that K&N doesn't pre-lube the filter like it used to. I've been using K&N filters on trucks, cars and motorcycles since the early 80's, so I know how they made their comeback. :) I wouldn't use the filter straight out of the box like I used to anymore. Now before installation I oil them to look like what K&N recommends. Otherwise great product! MAF adapters and filters at the highest level!
