I have a 2010 F150 5.4 and anyone unfortunate enough to own this particular model is aware of the lack of power. When researching tuners, maybe my goal was to overtake a school bus, or at least keep up with it. This model was recommended to me by a colleague and I decided I really had nothing to lose at the moment. I mean the power couldn't be worse. So I pocketed it, chose extreme because I must have been extreme, and hit the gas. Have you ever sat sideways in an F150? I have, thanks to this thing. The difference is noticeable, as is the transition from Corolla to Cobra. Acceleration is drastically improved and shifting is extremely tight, eliminating the need to hold onto gears for insanely long periods of time. This programmer is the best $600 I've ever spent on a car. The screen is a great bonus, it gives me all the information I don't need. Gas mileage has increased by about 1mpg but I have a 5.4 V8 so good gas mileage is a thing of the past. You search by mileage, buy a Prius. If you're looking for a dramatic increase in performance, get this tuner. Installation is super easy, just pull out that useless pedal adjustment knob and it fits snugly in with a couple of zip ties.
