I give it 5 stars for both "ease of use" and "stretchability" but honestly though they do are easy to use, the blades are incredibly fragile due to their size so you must be careful, the instructions for disassembling the unit are not clear and unfortunately I had to damage mine to open it fully to remove a set of broken blade parts, which were broken when they arrived but yes it is falling apart. It's incredibly sharp, and when they call it "intuitive," they specifically mean that you can loop the tip of the blade to just about any size you want (take the mic, which is what I needed the most) and with practice and be able to control you can learn. It's easy to cut yourself under a tool so be careful and always disinfect new blades properly, never reuse a blade from another day and always disinfect the area with the right chemicals when it's done. It's a good design and I wish it was a bit wider for a more ergonomic grip as fine detailing with thin objects causes carpal tunnel tension and spasms. Still a good product, but you shouldn't just jump into your friend's haircut without practice
