I love that you can print wirelessly and that it's practically wireless since it has a rechargeable battery. After an initial 3 hour charge, my first print was from a color PDF that I had to open in the manufacturer's app. The app recognized the color and changed it to black and white after a notification and prompt. I was able to select multiple pages to print. I had to finish printing each paper one by one and the second paper got stuck because it was loaded a little crooked. I opened it, deleted it and tried again. The last page, like the first, prints jam-free, you just have to watch it pull the paper in. The quality level I chose was average, and at the same time, all the letters somewhere weren't typed 100%, like on an old typewriter. The quality of the machine itself seems heavy hitting, but we'll see after more use. I'll definitely update this if there are any changes as there aren't many thermal printers out there that print 8x11 or A4 at the moment. UPDATE I used HPRT glossy paper and the print quality has improved a lot. The support team went out of their way to ensure I was happy with the printer and the print quality, which is why I'm increasing my rating.
