Very disappointed with this item. It is poorly made, the volume control and power button placement and structure are poor, the processing speed is slow, and what looks like a screen protector does not peel off. The "screen protector" is made of cheap plastic that scratches badly and doesn't keep clean, but doesn't seem to come off when that was the manufacturer's intention. I've had it for about 5 months now and will probably have to throw it away. It's stuck and won't let me unlock, shut down, restart, NOTHING! I tried to reset the device by holding down the power and volume down buttons at the same time. It actually started the reset process but stopped and all that pops up is code written in Chinese. I would really like to go with my gut and buy a better known product with a better rating. Cross this one off your list, it's not worth the low price, I wouldn't pay $10 for it knowing how poorly made it is, and I even wondered if it was fake. (A much bigger industry than most people realize!)
