It's always good to have a spare

When we were winterizing a trailer this year, we found that the water pump wasn't able to pressurize the water lines. I've heard that the strainer can sometimes clog and should be cleaned at least once a year. Well we found that the bottom of the original screen was cracked and allowing air into the line preventing pressure from building up. We bought one from a local RV dealer and decided to buy a second just in case. The part has a solid construction and is easy to assemble. Watch any video on YouTube. It doesn't come with clamp type clamps and I still wanted to swap them out for standard screw type clamps that work just as well. Make sure you check what your connections look like as not all RV manufacturers use the same connections. We have a barbed end on one side and a standard socket on the other that attaches to the pump. Great product to take with you as a travel spare.
