If you have a thin or slender figure, this type of shirt will suit you well. I bought the XXL and it fits well, not too tight or baggy. I have the one with the shoulders that connect to the collar, I've never had one but it fits much better, more mobility on my arms. The material is nice and soft, the stitching is almost perfect and the length is just right. I washed it twice and it held its shape and didn't fade which is nice.
