In recent years my 3B+ (used for Pi-hole) had another 3rd party POE HAT. It worked fine but I couldn't find a suitable case so I had to leave it open. Stumbled across this while looking for something different and decided to give it a try for $20. Works absolutely perfectly and it couldn't be easier to install. Removed the old HAT, installed the new one, plugged it into the case, plugged in the fan, plugged into the switch and it worked as expected. The only minor gripe is that the kit didn't come with any documentation or instructions. It was clear to me how to assemble it, but someone who didn't really have a clue of what they were doing might at least have trouble where to connect the fan. Not enough to deduct a star for that. I'll almost certainly be ordering another one for my other 3B+ (it has the same HUT - I'm in the process of converting it from Hassio to RetroPie). Great set - highly recommended!
