Plugged it in when I got it and started connecting devices but they weren't getting power. I literally spent 15 minutes doing the only thing I could think of was flipping the switch and turning it off. Finally turned on. Excellent. Up to a full day of use when it failed again. The chord feels really rough and cheap, the button at the top is kinda worse. if the surge protector was such a massive piece of junk. One might think that we already master such an old technology. Edit: I received the replacement on Sunday, it is now Wednesday of the same week and the replacement is broken. How can it be such a literal piece of trash?
