I like how easy it was for me as an individual customer or prospect, because all of my contact info gets automatically updated in one place when changes are made! It's so much easier than having multiple systems/applications (like HubSpot) with different platforms - just keep everything centralized within PublItrac!! The fact you can see what campaigns were created from where makes this software very powerful. Definitely take advantage if they offer any discounts at time; otherwise not really anything too great about their product itself but pricing seems reasonable enough considering its overall featureset &amp price tag compared other similar products out there- maybe try them first before buying? If looking solely into PBT system then yes definitely go ahead since we've been using over 6 years now without issue. We use primarily email communication via newsletters sent weekly which helps us stay connected by keeping our prospects informed regarding new services offered along w various industry events held.
