The best part is the great customer service. Nothing so far! They are always available to solve our questions or concerns. Sometimes I'm so confused by the products I need to contact them to find something more suitable for my needs. So far nothing as I wish. Please have more options with more sizes of stands and wall mount fixtures. My only problem was that i did not know my screens size or resolution in inches so I purchased the one they recommended and it didn't fit properly. Also the screen itself looked like it would break after awhile so if you have a big budget do not hesitate or go cheap on this product. If your looking for long term solution this solution can be it but don't take long term thinking. Have smaller budgets and you could probably get better quality items in less time and not loose much or any at all. Easy install with good customer support! I had no problems installing, just follow directions and enjoy. I love that I can do all of my research before hand to make sure my client is getting what they want in terms of design. We are able to see everything we need to know about our project ahead of time so we have no surprises when we get there! There is nothing that I dislike. It's pretty great!
