Bought as an upgrade for my mother's desktop. When I went to install them, they broke and I had to reinstall the old ones. Be careful. Now I have two RAM sticks that don't work. Although I will say that PNY usually makes good products. UPDATE ** I contacted this person and he responded almost immediately with a shipping label and is more than willing to replace the product. I'll update this again when I see how the process goes. ***UPDATE - June 11th. We sent the RAM back as said and here we are in JUNE and have not received a replacement card or refund. These people are raunchy. I wish I could say something better about her. Order with care and good luck.
