Review on πŸ₯¦ Efficient Misto Stainless Steel Olive Oil Sprayer for Easy Cooking by Tricia Taylor

Revainrating 2 out of 5

READ THIS - THIS will happen to OLIVE OIL.

Conceptually this is a great idea. I looked forward to inhaling the evaporating oils like commercial spray coatings do when you are near the area to be sprayed. Scary things - REALLY. Inhaling oil is not good at all. I filled it halfway with extra virgin olive oil, which REALLY makes sense as you need some air space to build up the pressure. He squirted for about 2 seconds until he started dripping like a 2 year old. With the screen in place, you have to stroke him like a hormonally throbbing teenager at a porn convention to get enough pressure to actually SQUIRT, not SQUIRT. I'm talking about 30-50 pumps! The REAL fun is when you try to actually COOK something and not just play with your new toy. The "solution" to remove the screen sounds great. and it will be very effective. That's until you score the damn thing because. They removed the screen! If you damage this nozzle, it's GAME OVER - a good spray gun. I don't know, maybe there are THIN olive oils? OLIVE OIL will at least disappoint you. Again, this is a BIG idea from a conceptual point of view, but clearly lacks the fine-tuning required for olive oil. If you look at other reviews you will see that it wears out quickly. I'm not surprised at the pressure I have to build to SPRAY. It will NOT hold that pressure for long either, so you can rely on you to inflate it. OFTEN and VERY MUCH. It WOULD be great if they made an oil SPECIALLY just for OLIVE OIL - WELL! Buyers would love it, reviews would constantly praise it, manufacturers would bank to sell it, and its brilliant reputation would make it easy to launch other products. People are loyal to GOOD products at the right price, but they are NOT chumps. For a long time. I bet that (I) will remember the name "Misto" and not with warm fuzzies.
