I installed this in the Expresscard slot of a Lenovo ThinkPad L520 with Win 10 Pro. When I first plugged it in, it quickly recognized USB 2.0 and 3.0 flash drives and a USB memory card reader, but it didn't recognize my 18 MP AmScope USB 3.0 microscope camera. However, once I downloaded the software from the CD that came with the ExpressCard, it immediately recognized the camera, which then worked great. I've been transferring some data to and from flash drives at speeds ranging from 30 to 105 Mbps. In my opinion, this card is worth the investment in any laptop with an ExpressCard slot. The only minor downside is that the ExpressCard can easily pop out of the slot when the USB connector is removed, but I just held the card in place when I removed the USB connector and the card stayed in place.
