Microphone sensitivity is low
The headset works well with my Polycom SoundPoint(R) IP 550 SIP. However, when I use it during a call, other participants tell me that my voice is very quiet, unless I position the mic so it's almost touching my lips. I couldn't find a way to increase the sensitivity of the microphone. The volume range is also limited; I had both my phone and headset set to maximum volume, which was enough for comfortable listening in my very quiet work environment.
