Build quality is good, solder joints are good. At 3:00 p.m. in Northern California, two panels connected in parallel provide 6.2V idle and about 5.6V charged for the iPhone6. The problem that deserves 3 stars is the current. I connected 2 of these panels in parallel and connected them to a DROK voltage regulator which also provides the correct D and D+ voltages on the USB connector to tell the iPhone that it is a 1A charger. I tested the DROK with a 6V 4xAA battery pack and it delivers 0.99A for the iPhone.
