Review on 🔌 Zixtec 10 Pack LM2596 DC-DC Buck Converter Step Down Module: Efficient Power Supply DIP Output 1.25V-30V 3A (ZT001) by Dwayne Meurer

I like the ability to set the desired output voltage and the very compact size. Convenient locations for soldering input and output connectors. What I didn't like was the hit or miss of duds. 12V DC supply confirmation, no power LED on three of the first five I wanted to use. I chose two that worked up to 1.5V DC and installed the first one. Turned on but no LED. After cursing and cutting wires, I installed a second one. Luckily it worked, but the question is for how long. As it is functional in some way I will not be buying this brand again. Yes, the price looked great and I didn't have very high expectations, but even my lowest hopes were not met. I'll have to read more reviews next time...
