I teach my kindergarten children how to cook real food. Now that I'm retired, one of my boys came over to visit and I gave him his own set of knives. We went to a restaurant for lunch after I took him on an Easter egg hunt. He wanted to cook something for dinner here and used his new knives. He had so much fun being a chef and not a sous chef. I have to be He chopped lettuce, onions, mushrooms, peppers, tomatoes, celery and raw carrots. He loved using them. When I brought him home, his mother was impressed with the knives because they don't cut into the skin. I was really impressed with these and I recommend everyone to buy these for their kids.
