I bought these to replace my old small pan. I bought it mainly for frying eggs. Doesn't do a good job at all. My old skillet, which was only $28, was perfect for eggs and anything else I used it for. I used it exactly as the instructions say. I seasoned it as recommended. I used low fire and medium fire. With butter and lots of Pam. I also used oil. Tried different temperatures and oils. Eggs stuck all the time. You can forget about trying to flip the egg. If you try to flip the egg too soon, it will scatter everywhere and the floor will crack. You'll have to wait with what lower digestion means. It's easy to forget. You will only overcome medium or difficult. I'm really disappointed in him. I'll keep it anyway and use it for everything else. It's beautiful and very easy to clean. But I'll buy more granite for the eggs.
