Horrible Customer Service: Belmero Inc.

The best thing about this product is the customer service and how much they care about your company. I was having problems with a user account not syncing up with salesforce and it took forever to get someone from the company to look into my issue. It's been over 3 months since I had an issue resolved and nothing has happened. I don't know if I'm supposed to wait or go somewhere else for assistance but I would definitely try another option. The reason I am writing this review is because the customer service was horrible. They never responded to me when I asked for resolution. I have no idea what happened in my situation. I can only guess that they were unable to fix my issue so I moved onto another provider. We are solving our data integration problem between Salesforce and Workday.
